The PAW Patrol are heading back to Adventure Bay and are celebrating the 1 year anniversary of one of their members, which is of course, Joshie. But once more, trouble arrives in the form of team of haters who completely despise the PAW Patrol all together. And to run them out of their heads for good is unleashing one of the PAW Patrol's biggest enemies, Mayor Humdinger.
