A domestic murder has landed on the teams doorstep, but all the strain of what has happened means it makes the case all the harder for them to carry on with. But nevertheless, they have to carry on, so multi-tasking between the two cases becomes the only option. But life is made a whole lot easier when evidence suggests the two crimes have been committed by the same person.

A murder on the moors becomes a lot more complex then it had first seemed. The team begin to learn the internet is a troubled place, and a website could be their biggest crime scene yet. Alan begins to keep a watchful eye on Mika, but a shock is in store when a visitor turns up, both Helen and Alan come to blows, leaving Mika stranded in the middle, as they both learn battling a crime fighting life and a family life at the same time has to become instinct and second nature, espically when they have to find what is best for everyone.
