This is an older piece of writing I did for school. We were learning about the Texas Revolution and got the assessment to write a letter as if we were a soldier just before the Alamo took place. I am still proud of what I wrote, and I wanted to share it with you guys too! Keep in mind none of these are my actual opinions; it's just what the prompt asked for.
