On the island of Tagtruam, Neolani works for the empire's lab. While her schedule is scattered from hell to breakfast, her life becomes even more hectic upon the arrival of the cheerful band of youthful tourist visiting the island. The three men are promises of bloodshed and quarrel. But they aren't the only ones visiting the island. The Empress of Albtraum decides to visit as well, desiring a break from the palace life. Between conflicting loyalties, and dangerous new men. The Empress may have picked the wrong time to take a tropical vacation.
