4 years had passed since the Kinesmen 1 events and the world is now much better. Paratina became free and with the intervention of kinesomans on Earth, the planet reached a peace not seen before. However, despite all this, the greatest evil was yet to come...

A long time ago, an orb fell to Earth, in the country of Paratina. The inhabitants there came into contact with the object and gained the power to manipulate things, the kinesis. They started to be called kinesmen and this makes the current president, Hypereler, to arrest all Kinesmen in the world to the country to make the greatest power and control the entire world with advanced technology. Eric decides to stop him, going after destroying all his robot factories for him to lose his cyber army.
