Rick used to be "normal", he used to be "smart". But one day that all seem to have changed thanks to a car crash on a stormy summer night, that left him with a horrible head injury that caused his brain to take upon a new chemistry. Luckily for Rick, his brother Scott sticks by his side, no matter what. Because family is forever, no matter what happened, or will happen. Adjusting to Rick's new brain chemistry hasn't been the easiest road, but the Steiner Brothers navigate it just fine. But unlike love and war, life just isn't fair.

Syxx, Hogan, Bishoff, Scott Hall, Steiner, Brett Hart, Giant, Brian Adams and Curt Henning lost to NWO Wolfpack Sting, Kevin, Konan, Ric Flair, Lex Luger and Muta, Wolfpack took in Biker Patches and went to Mexico and Japan, NWO Hollywood joined Impact Wrestling and Ring of Honor instead with a new lineup. Scott Steiner, Scott Hall, Syxx Pac, Jeff Jarrett, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bishoff and fighting new groups and doing wars and nasty business.

After Losing a Hardcore War to NWO Wolfpack, D Generation X and Extreme Legends, NWO Hollywood members Hulk Hogan, Scott Steiner, The Giant, Brett Hart and Erick Bishoff joined TNA attacking Sting, Kevin Nash, Rick Flair when Lex Luger, Konan and Muta stepped up, losing more to them, and when Kev and Lex retired to become agents, Sting became a Booker in TNA, Konan and Muta went back to AAA and AJPW, Rick Flair joined ROH as a Booker, and new offshoots and chapters rise in, NWO Wolfpack Band adopted Biker Club Patches, fought with another fan favorite biker club Aces and Eights MC (Ken Anderson, Knucks, Brown, Alex Shelly and Chris Sabin, Abyss, Crimson, Matt Morgan and Kurt Angle). NWO Hollywood began fighting other hells, anti heroes, tweeners and others like Eric Young etc getting into a fight with World Elite (Eric Young, Tajiri, Fantasmo, Puma and Samoa Joe)
