The Ten Master Clans are trying to find those who have the same potential as the Phantom but to no avail. What they didn't know....... Is that he's a normal looking teenager attending First High, right now. And the rumored Mahesvara isn't the only one who is an irregular. Akio is a part of a sub-species of saiyans. How was a sub-species of saiyans created? Well it started when a particular group of saiyans thought that all the violence was enough and only defended themselves when needed. Doing this they immediately became a enemy of the saiyans. They and usually called Sakins, rogues, or traitors. The Sakins not only focused on training, but on science too. They learned how to make even more advanced battle armor, advanced their biology and DNA, (which made them much stronger than the average saiyan) and was a functional society and race. They learned how to increase average battle power that children were born with. They had no kings or queens, they were all equals to eachother. Unfortunately, the saiyans we're angry at their progression. They started a war with the sakins. This forced the sakins to halt their progression. Then a virus that the Saiyans had brought over started. It started killing saiyans and sakins alike. The Sakins have tried to to look and research for a cure but have had no luck. They have resorted to traveling to other worlds. Now who is Akio you ask? Well he... He's kind of complicated. He was one of the handful of Sakins sent off the planet to try to find a cure. But, he has a different plan. He wants to colonize a new world without the Saiyans and live with the locals on the planet. Read to find out the rest.
