Plot: If you happened to be the most intelligent person in school, life wouldn't be simple. Much more if you get yourself tangled with student councils, clubs, love life. But of course, this wasn't the case for Shin Raizen. He stumbled into the doorstep of something that was far beyond reality - magic.

In the year of 2024, great disasters stuck humanity, killing lifeform with in seven days and creating monster knowns as 'LostBeast'. This dark era was known as The Collapse of Humanity. For years, humanity try to fight back but failed. However, humanity discovers a supernatural powers and uses it to fight against the 'LostBeast' and was a tremendous success. Humans with supernatural powers were called energy-users, in order to protect humanity from the 'LostBeast', a foundation formed. This foundation was called the Divine Enterprise Foundation and created The Hero System was made allowing energy-users to become heroes and fight the 'LostBeast'. In the years 244 DE, a girl named Ryuko Narukami wants to become a hero just like her idol and head to Celestial Academy to make her dream into reality.

A world where the sun is rarely out. But people have the powers to use their shadows as weapons, per-say. But only to an extent, like some are prodigy's and can manipulate them really good without hesitation. Some can only use it as a second body, like to help clean. But if anyone trains hard enough they can use it well. The only problem is that day time is so short, and people like to walk in the dark, because they fear the shadows....

In an Alternate Earth, there were humans who have supernatural abilities called Power-User or "Meister", Meister has been making sure that people are there to protect innocent people from monster invader known as Nightbeast but this leads to War of The NightBeast that lead cites destroyed and people die in battle. To make sure no one gets hurt; A new group know Interdimensional Administration Union or IAU passed an act called The Act of M (Meister) to allow Meister to join an organization called Anti-NightBeast Defense Enforcement to bring peace and fight Nightbeast. In the year 2080, in the city known as New Arc City, a young girl named Raika Narukami who live a peaceful life with her father until they recited her to join Anti-NightBeast Defense Enforcement.
