Kale Manti is a Sea Sitter, he lives in the ocean. He's never been on land or walked on the moon, but he has heard stories. Horrors of how the Earth's air is still polluted with atomic gasses from WW VIII. Tales about how some Land Luggers launched of to live on the moon, and became Star Shifers. Many Stories or the same story, just many versions. It goes to show, Kale knows nothing about life above- and no one in his small municipality- or so he thought...
