Jess Henderson is Dustin Henderson's older sister and she was just your average teenage girl trying to get through high school with her best friend Nancy Wheeler. Her life however takes a turn for the worst when her little brother's best friend Will gets "lost in the woods." Or does he? Jess soon realises that the once calm and boring town of Hawkins, Indiana isn't as calm and boring as she thought it out to be. I do not own stranger things only my character Jess and her plot lines. Seasons 1-5 plus a prologue on Jess and Steve's relationship.

Hey everyone! So this is essentially a re-write of the mall scene. This is if the parents have already left, although Dustin stayed behind. Also, El was never hurt in this fic! She did, however, lose her powers. This is a fanfic where Will Byers is gravely injured, and how the others deal with that situation. It is a bit full on, so I will put a TW on the following: Violence and (not quite) mental health issues. Abusive parents (mild reference) and swearing. However, if you're a fan of Stranger Things, you should be alright! This focuses on Will's relationship with other characters, and Byler can be taken either way. If you want Byler as a friendship, it is a friendship. If you want Byler as a relationship, it's a relationship. Thanks everyone! I hope you enjoy. :)
