This is an alternate version of the videogame Metal gear Solid V :The Phantom Pain, but without the V, of course. This work of fanfiction is a reimagination of events and characters and more accurately bridges the gap between the previous games and the succeeding games, while at the same time introducing new and interesting plot twists, and answering questions like why did Liquid Snake despised Big Boss so much, what made Gray Fox so loyal to Big Boss, what happened to Major Zero after Snake defected to Cipher, what made the developments of FOXDIE possible, just to name a few. So read on! Added Features- #1 The game switches between both open-world and linear to keep the story consistent. Free roaming is allowed only during completion of side ops or when not doing any missions. The entire Outer Heaven island is explorable during free roam. #2 Client offers (sabotaging bases, extracting personnel and mechs, gathering intel, capturing outposts etc) can be completed as Side Ops to gain more GMP and Fame. Intel gathering missions where information central to the storyline are retrieved are to be completed by Big Boss only. #3 The Phantom Cigar can't be used during main missions, it is allowed only in free roam or side ops. #4 Cassette tapes that provide information central to the story are replaced by video tapes to provide more detailed information and is rewarded as the story progresses. Audio cassette songs can still be acquired from the field, and by completing the episodes and side ops. #5 The Diamond Dogs can be called for help anytime and anywhere unless the story restricts it. #6 There is no such thing as an Aerial Command Centre. The game will continue from the last saved point. #7 No recurring intro credits in pre and post each mission sequence. #8 Base development and staff management is still there.

Anthea Miller, the sister of Kazhuria Miller. Both toutured, but Miller took the heavier loss, once Boss saved Kaz first due to Anthea's transfer, and after they finally found her, Big Boss saved her too, once she got to Mother Base, Miller treated Anthea as if she was anther one of the soldiers, which made her depressed. But after she proved herself to Boss and Revolver Ocelot, she becomes a commander, working along side of Ocelot, Miller, Boss, and the rest of the Diamond Dogs, she will leave her mark. This is my verson of Metal Gear Solid, yes, I will be taking charecters from later in the series and adding them now but hey, thats what fanfictions about. I hope ya'll enjoy!!

This fiction is not only about Venom Snake and Quiet, but also the plot of MGSV, its hidden messages, theories and misunderstood meanings; matching the pieces given by TPP and providing others of my own to complete the story. In other words: a complete experience of the events occurred before, during and after The Phantom Pain incident; relating even those which were not included in the game itself (Chapter 3, Nuclear Disarmament, etc.). Hey everybody! I am back with another request this one is from fandom-child16 for the Metal Gear Solid series. The request was for a Big Boss X Reader which I am going to set during the events of The Phantom Pain; so this in other words would be a Punished "Venom" Snake X Reader. The request was for a story in which the reader is a soldier on the mother base who ends up falling for Big Boss. Also in regards to the title, I know it's weird, but I feel this title ended up being better (and less of a mouthful) compared to the original title. Also the reader, or you, will have a codename (forgive me if it's stupid but character names are not one of my strengths) so the reader will be referred to as Tempest. Warning: There will be depictions of violence in this story, be warned before you read it, some scenes might be graphic.
