I could hear screams of agony and horror echo throughout the forest, leaking from the very soil beneath my feet. I could hear her screams. Her voice like a tormented angel, and it was tearing me apart inside. I bolted towards the general area of her voice, searching in vain to put an end to her pain. I saw her behind the remains of a blood smeared tree. A dagger rose to strike, and the hooded figure from my nightmares cocked his head in amusement at me, almost mockingly. This is a semi-long story about a girl named (Y/N). She suffers from a bad past, which she would rather not mention. Her social status is in the negatives and she is despised by most girls in her orphanage. Even the boys dislike her. One day she has the chance of having a better life and getting adopted. With her self-esteem low and here hopes big, she will try to fight out of this never ending sadness and defeat her demons.
