Your blood turns purple and you bleed from your eye non-stop. People with the Murasakino disease often get made fun of for having this dease and kill themselves. After 13 ½ years, people take this desease seriously and try to find ways to cure it. They found a cure, though, the cure was confessing your love. If they didn't love you back, you wouldn't be cured. If they loved you back you would be cured. Uchiha Sasuke, inlove with Naruto, gets the Murasakino disease. Kakashi, the first one to notice, starts visiting Sasuke more often, and of course, he saw Sasuke with purple eyes.
