As humans, we have a tendency to leave things up to fate...if we don't get something, we deem it as something that was never meant for us in the first place. But what if it was meant for us, but we just weren't brave enough to decide and claim it?

"Not angels with a 'g'. Anjels with a 'j', 'cause they're not real angels. You know, like how fake cheese is spelled with a 'z'? It's exactly like that, except anjels taste better." ********* They're separated into two categories: Feeders and Breeders. One lifts you up and makes you feel like you're floating on air, the other tears you down and revels in your pain. Both are dangerous. Clyde was a victim, bound to either drink his way to death or get killed by Breeders until, on one fateful night, a wily redhead falls out of his tree, ultimately saving his life in the process. This girl, known as Tiel by those who like her and That Bitch to those who don't, takes him under her wing, teaching him everything there is to know about what goes bump in the night--most importantly how to hunt them. But war is brewing in the mythical world, and Clyde, along with the rest of the hunters, is dragged deeper into Anjel politics and problems than he would have thought possible. Will he and Tiel be able to survive this territorial battle? Or will they die with the rest of the world? **** I think this story will be a practice for me. I'll leave things published, but everything will be constantly in the writing/editing stages. I really don't care if you read it or not, since this is practice and I know it's never gonna be great, but if you do, just be warned. Things will be changing. Also, suggestions welcome.
