Many of us hide from things; these things haunt us for life. Our pasts scares us. We get hurt because we're naive enough to think that we're different from the rest. ---------- A lot of things scares me. My nightmares and my past are two of these things. Getting close to people is something I try to avoid. I wear a mask in front of me so these people can not break me. I have been hurt plenty of times, and from that; I learnt that getting close to people will only get you into trouble. You'll care for them, but will they do the same for you? Of course not. We live in a world where people wouldn't care who they hurt as long as they get what they want. I have a past that haunts me everyday. I hide behind my mask so no one can ever break me again. I won't let them break me again.
