Y/N grew up under Yūgo's guidance but once she turned 5, he left her for another country. Having experienced abandonement at an early age, Y/N vowed that she will never do the same to other people. She learned how to survive in an unknown country, fighting to live and see beyond the ruin plains of her homeland. Many years passed and she was stronger than anyone she crossed paths with, gained a lot of friends in different countries and slowly evolved into more than a human. She became a Neighbor. Y/N travelled the world and came across Japan, a place where normal and trigger people lived. From there, she came across a certain brown-haired man along with a white-haired boy. The moment their paths crossed each other, all the secrets that Yūgo left for her slowly unfolds with the addition of a little brother from a different mother. Will this make Y/N forget all her grudge towards Yūgo? Or will this start a flame so bright that the Border will treat her as a threat rather than an ally? Yuma had mourned for his dad for so long, the grief that had held onto him had made him think that what if he could have a second chance and change the future. Was it possible? or a time travel fic, where Yuma gets another chance to stop his father's death from happening. About 2,000-3,000 words per chapter <3. [Expect slow updates due to school and whatnots. Characters may be out of character, hopefully I can get their personalities right.
