Based on the TV series Keizoku 2: SPEC "Humans only use 10% of their brains throughout their lives but some people are able to utilise the 90% of their brains, thus creating a special power for them." Touma Saya together with her partner Sebumi Takeru, from the Unsolved Cases Division, take on a series of cases that occur on local high schools in their area. Meanwhile, a new war between humans and spec-holders is about to start.
