Zage Reynolds has had a rough life. When she was born her mother gave her up for adoption and her father passed away a month before Zage was born. Zage has always wanted to know why her mother gave her up for adoption. She doesn't know who her parents are she has lived with different foster families. Until finally somebody adopted her 2 years ago it was the Smith's the mother worked at a diner her name was Eleanor Smith the father was johnny Smith he is a chef there were 2 little girls twins Ava and Anna they are 6. Zage is 17 a senior at oakwood high school. Something she's always wanted to do was find her birth mother. One day she finally finds out where her mother was. So she decided to find her but the thing is she needed help. Hayes McAdams is the new kid at oakwood he has no friends he's the nobody. He lives with his mom Erika McAdams who is a piano teacher they live in a apartment not far from the school. His dad left second he found out that hayes was going to be born he left. Hayes has always wanted to ask his father why he left. One day he finds out where his father is. But he needs help as well. What If Zage and Hayes team up to find their parents to ask that one question... why?

Unlike most IZ fanfics you the reader are DUMB. You don't realize Zim is an alien but you are an outcast to the others. Dib is going insane and Gaz just lost her only chance to go to a gaming tournament because of Dib so she's PISSED.
