Kurt is a descendent of Morgana Le Fay with powerful magic. When he does magic, his eyes glow gold as Morgana's once did. He is the only fae in the New Directions and you'd think he was important but he was nothing but another body to sway in the back. But that changes when he is sent to spy on the Warblers and meets his destiny to restore light back to the Le Fay name and avenge his mother's death by the hands of rogues.

Blaine is a descendent of Vlad the Impaler with the same powers and more. As a prince and leader of the vampires, he has quite a legend to live up to and doesn't think he has the strength to until he meets a fae who sparks not only interest in his heart but teaches him that he has the strength to save his friends and people from the rouges.
