    Felicia Odair won the 72nd Hunger Games and had to cope with the consequences ever since. She had never considered it "winning". The way she phrases it, it's more like surviving. 
    
    Only two things were certain in Felicia's life:
    1. The undying love and support of her brother and fellow Hunger Games winner: Finnick Odair.
    2. The promised safety the Capitol guartanteed 
    
    Only the second thing appeared not to be true.
    
    The 75th Hunger Games meant there would be a third Quarter Quell. Above and beyond all expectations and despite all promises, the Capitol decided to reap former winners. Finnick got reaped and Felicia decided to volunteer for Annie.
    
    This moment meant that history would repeat itself after all.
