19 year old MyAngel Rodriguez (Taina Williams) is a single mother balancing school & parenthood all on her own. She attends the University of Southern California, but she was born and raised in The Bronx, New York. When she returns home for summer break, she crosses paths with none other than Kareem Waters (Clarence NYC), one of the biggest drug dealers in New York. After meeting at Kareem's "Welcome Home" party, they start kicking it & MyAngel begins to fall in love without trying. After the passing of her father, MyAngel decides to stay in The Bronx to be closer to her friends for support. 
    
    Despite everyone's doubts about their relationship, MyAngel sticks by Kareem's side while they're relationship goes on an up and down roller coaster.
