At the age of thirteen, a special box is delivered to you. Inside is an Orb. You get a special magical ability depending on the colour.
    
    On Reyna Marshall's thirteenth birthday, she gets a Golden Orb. Rumour has it that there will only ever be three Powerfuls- as they are called- in existence and Reyna is the last. But problems arise when her Orb gets stolen and she, along with Joslyn Grey- her nemesis's best friend- journey outside the City of Oswald to the mountains and attempt to reclaim Reyna's Orb. 
    
    Old foes become friends, familiar faces become strange and history is rewritten.
