Phantom of the Opera fan fiction

When the elusive Phantom of the Opera begins to torment performers and stage-hands alike at the world-renowned Opera Populaire in Pairs, Tala and Toby, two best friends who defied their families to be allowed to see each other, befriend a shy dancer, Reinette. What they don't know can't hurt them, right? Wrong. They soon get caught up in a new world of fear, danger and death that they can't escape from. But is the Phantom really as evil as the rumours say he is?
