Absconditus

Teen boy, Asher Oculus, was born into a family as an only child with non-loving, cruel parents who did nothing as to care for him. He grew up confiding to his aunt, who died when he was six. Asher is a brilliant child, with thoughts and feelings most other boys do not. He is special. He left his home at six with only and few belongings and his cat, and then welcomed himself to a school in Napoli where he lives. He goes on a trip with his best friend Blaise to find himself, and someone to be with. But it turns out it was right next to him all along.
