The ballad of Robin Hood, about a boy stealing from the rich to give to the poor, was told, and everyone in Robin's small village knew about it. You'd think that her name being in a rhyme wouldn't really affect her, but no. She was already unwanted, living in that orphanage, getting hit by the Head that seemed to hate all the girls. She is as hated as ever, and that ballad just seemed to make things worse. There is only one thing she truly owns, the red hooded cloak she was found wrapped in when she was a baby, and it seems to be her only escape. Then, one day, she cannot take it any longer. She needs to get away. She runs, tired of living life just to be hit and hated, unwanted by everyone. Her only escape is her hood, but that's no longer enough. Everyone hates her. But why would she leave if she has nothing? She can't survive on her own. Or can she? **First book in the Robin Hood trilogy**
