Chloe is the younger sister of Harry Potter but she's not as famous. As a young child, Harry was always the favourite and Chloe was almost always pushed away by her parents as they knew that Harry was.. special. She however, was a squib. Well, that's what they all thought. But when Harry and Chloe get their letters to Hogwarts it's a shock for them both. Harry knew he didn't fit in but at least he was noticed by the Dursleys.
