    I was sprinting as fast as I could, each step thundering through the silent forest. I could practically feel the hot breath of the pack on my tail. A dodged rocks and holes, leaping over fallen trees. I just couldn't get away from them. I felt one of them snap at my tail and I quickly tuck it to my body. I spot a clear area to the right ahead of me and dash around it without them spotting me. I caught my breath and looked out from my hiding spot to see if they had gone, just to come face to face with glowing golden eyes.

    "Sir there's several rogues in our territory." 
    
    I growled, "How many?"
    
    "Approximately 11 sir."
    
    I stood up, knocking my desk and chair over with a thud. I ran out the door and into the year. I leaped over the porch and shifted into my jet black wolf in midair. I sprinted furiously after the rogues. I saw them turn and I slowed, smelling the most amazing smell of lilac. I stopped in front of a tree where the smell seemed to be coming from, just to have a girl turn around and stare me in the eyes.All Rights Reserved
