/ August Edit: Hi. Before you read on, I want to say that because of how terrible this is going, I'm probably just going to start completely over and use what's here as a reference. So don't be alarmed if it gets replaced with a newer version. /
When she receives a letter to a selective academy, Aria Hart is more than happy to throw her perfect life of fame and fortune away, and for good reason. But when things take a turn for the worst, she realizes that the once safe-haven that she and her new friends had been accepted into has been built around lies- making Ari wonder if she is being involved in what could turn into the most deadliest mistake the world has ever seen... And a group of runaway experiments are the only ones with a will to stop it. I mean, as Ari put it herself, "What could possibly go wrong?"

This is a project I have been working incredibly hard on for a long time, and there it just a few things I want to say before you read-
~ The cover art is temporary right now, as I haven't had time to create the genuine one yet.
~ Not all characters(but a whole lot of them) are made by me. A few of them were created by my friends, and one of my very favorites was actually created by someone very important and special to me. I'll be sure to tag her when the time comes, but I'll definitely be sure to point out the others.
~ This is still in editing, and despite the fact that I have many more books planned after this one, I didn't correlate things correctly, meaning that I have to add and delete things so I can get it as smooth of a storyline as possible. So bare with me for slow updates, I'm doing my best lol.
~ I'm also open to constructive criticism, I just ask that y'all be nice about it (which I have no doubt about). Feel free to comment or to message me about anything, and I'm totally down to talk if you're just bored or need someone to talk to.

And, if it works, a small percentage of the time, the subjects are let loose, given a certain freedom they had never experienced. And that's what I had now. Freedom. After around ten years of making sure my neural system was intact, the metal surrounding me grew with my body and the batteries didn't poison my immune system, I was given the option of getting out of CARESS, also known as Centre of Adolescents in Rehab after the Effect of Scientific Surgery, and live a normal life. Well, as normal as it could get for a teenage girl with giant metal wings stuck behind her back. ~~~~~~~~ "You remind me of Maleficent... But with blue wings... And definitely more badass." "Who?"
