Cassie Ainsworth has grown a lot since her last year of college. Two years have passed, and since then she has really settled down on her partying and wild lifestyle. Her and her boyfriend, Sid Jenkins, moved to New York together and settled down. They both are working steady jobs and providing themselves with quite a wonderful life. Things seem to be completely perfect on the surface, but nothing that great ever stays to long with silly old Cassie.

Cassie soon disovers that her and her boyfriend have a little one on the way! Couldn't be more perfect, could it? Wrong. Cassie begins to gain weight, and soon she finds that maybe her eating disorder isn't behind her. This is the story of her struggles. Will her eating disorder put both her and her baby in danger?
