"Watch out!"
I yelled as I saw my dearest friend look up from his family photo that was now destroyed, and look up to a wing of the plane flying right towards him.

It all happened in slow motion.

I thought I could save him.

But even I am not Superman.

My best friend, sat there waving at me goodbye. Mouthing "I love you." as the plane wing comes flying at him. Watching the last tear that will ever roll down his face.

He's gone.

The ash, the falling trees, the debris of everything, clouded my vision. I walk over to where he was sitting to find nothing but the family picture he was holding.

Tears came rolling down my face as I start to fall.

All I see now, is the darkness I've been living in for 20 years.
