The Fault in Our Stars: Epilogue

I recently finished 'The Fault in Our Stars', and felt the need to write an epilogue to it. It's short, and in the point of view of Augustus. If you are wondering how that would be possible, and how I can write from the perspective of a dead guy, give it a read, and you'll see.
