It is the 4th Quarter Quell in Panem. The rules are simple: 12 girls and boys are reaped, or selected, to compete in the Games. They will be separated by a force field. When 4 girls and boys remain, the force field will come down, and it will be a free for all. The last person standing wins. Emerald Mariposa, Marina Hudson, Heather Oxford, and Fawn Zorro are all reaped as the female tributes for the 100th Hunger Games.
