Glenn Albatross is a covert operative of the United Talmoran Republic augmented through experimental nano-technology to be a one-man autonomous intelligence agency. He has designed and overseen undercover revolutions in 10 different countries, and finds himself transported to a world completely alien to his own on his last mission.
