This is based off the new remake, and I have finished as of a while ago. We all know Cloud's a sweetheart, under his tough exterior, or he never would've gotten along with Zack as well as he did. This is just moments when he did show it. Spoilers, most likely, if you've not watched a walk through or played yourself. 9/14/20 I also lied, I will be doing things from crisis core, and Advent children if it so suits me, because goddamnit, they drew me in again. I have played and finished Crisis Core, as well as watched all of Advent Children and Finished the Remake. 
On another note, please feel free to make requests on any of my stories that are one shots, since I have troubles doing so myself. Ideas are welcome.

I whisper trying to calm him... "you can let me go." He growls again and seems to panic at the thought of losing me. "Mine!" Titan says. Dad tries to reach for me. When Titan sees his movement he pulls me away from my dad and growls again "Mine!" He says desperately trying to keep me close to him. "He's my dad, Titan... he won't hurt me." I try to soothe the beast. I don't really want to let him go but I know if this goes on much longer Titan will get hurt. "Mine!" He growls softly, nuzzling his nose into my neck. "Yours." I whisper pulling away so I can hold his face. "But I need to go to my dad right now... please Titan." I beg him. He looks over to my dad who is still holding out his hand expectantly then looks back to me. With a nod he let's me go and I take my dad's hand. "Take him!" Dad commands as he pulls me away. Many men tackle Titan to the ground.

If you can think of a trigger, it's probably in this story, lol. There are a few references to previous episodes, but nothing too extravagant, I don't think. I do not own psych or any of the characters. As much as I wish I did lol I know it's long, I kind of originally only wrote this for my own personal fun. But I figured it couldn't hurt to put it out there now that it's finished. I'm sure there are some inaccurate medical points lol and time frames are a tiny bit sketchy. Some of the characters do go a little out of character but I tried lol end of the day this is all imaginary, if I want carlton lassiter to be a cute little worry bear then that he shall be haha. The culprit was chosen because I never liked the character in the real show, lol. Anyways, sorry if you don't like it. "From now on, you're mine and I'm yours. So do not bow your head to me" with a faint brush against my face he sighs and leaves. And I'm left in the room, shocked and surprised at what just happened.
