When the Nights Get Longer

As the nights get darker and the days get shorter, the worry of local kidnappings, over the past 5 years, hangs over the parents' shoulders of Lockmouth. No bodies have ever been recovered nor have any traces of evidence been found. When another child suddenly disappears, fingers point at a reserved man who spends most of his time watching the neighbourhood from his window. As worried parents become restless over the safety of their children, and the pressure of the media weighs down on the police, they will do anything to convict him.
A rebellious young girl , Ash, sets out to unravel the truth of the disappearances in hope to find the person behind it all. As she pieces together her investigation, she uncovers some dark truths along the way.
