Years after the NCR defeated Caesar's Legion at the second battle of Hoover Dam. The NCR, too busy with the expansion of New Vegas, has left the threat of the legion on the back burner for years. Desperate, a group of citizens emerges and plans to neutralize the threat themselves. 
    
    Young Colby Vickers is visited by a man who served as a ranger with his father. During their visit, the old veteran asks for Colby's assistance in the fight against Caesar's Legion. 
    
    What will he do? Will they succeed?
    
    Could this really be the Bull's Demise?
