Aspen was just like any other kind of teenager, although she wasn't rebellious and there was only one person who truly spoke to her. One person who spoke to her until the tragic car accident that changed her life forever. It was the accident that took everything from her that meant something to her, but also gave her something she's always wanted; friends. People who only like her because of the accident, or more so because they feel bad about what happened to the small brunette that was always sitting alone in the library or the girl who never spoke up in class.

If you've heard of Disney on Ice, get ready for Lesbians on Ice! In a picturesque college town, figure skater Mallory Kent is picking herself back up after Nationals, where she passed out on the ice during a competition. When she visits her best friend in Wood Springs, she hooks up with the cute, local hockey girl named Lucy. Lucy is absolutely smitten with Mallory, and when she wakes up from their perfect night together, she sees the empty bed. Heartbroken, she continues playing hockey, but she can't get her mystery girl out of her head. After a few weeks go by and Mallory transfers to Wood Springs to be closer to her friends, and is forced to practice with Lucy. With two star players in their respective sports both struggling, practicing together seems like the perfect solution. As Mallory sorts through her own emotional turmoil, Lucy can't help but patiently wait-even at the risk of breaking her own heart.
