Months after the noble leader Optimus Prime's sacrifice, Team Prime must do whatever it takes to maintain the new life of their planet, Cybertron. Issues have come upon their way as they are not used to the new conditions now that the Great War is over. However, some old enemies are still not willing to give up. They will make their return to disrupt the peace within the Autobots. Will the team be able to stop them just like how they once have done before? Will they also be able to adjust now that they are no longer fighting a war anymore?
