Jack Rogers (Not related to Steve Rogers) was your average kid until he was kidnapped by HYDRA and experimented on to create the Ultimate soldier against S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers. Jack played along until he could find a way to escape. Taskmaster trained Jack in combat and weaponry. HYDRA injected a serum that infused Wolf DNA into Jack's blood stream giving him the speed, strength, endurance, agility, and senses of a wolf. The only thing that kept Jack sane from all the torture and experimentation was the thought of seeing his old friend who he has a crush on, Ava Ayala. Now the day had come for Jack to break out and escape HYDRA. He used his high intelligence to create a prototype suit that he used to escape HYDRA. Now he is on the run. It's time for the wolf to find his Tiger.
