    When her name was called out for the reaping two years after her brothers win, her heart shattered. She didn't think she'd survive two minutes never mind winning the thing. After using her childhood talents she wins the games and was promised a life of luxury and peace.

    On the day of the reaping of the 75th Hunger Games they release an announcement, the chosen people are of those who already won. Arabella was shocked, the Capitol found a way to continuously get their hopes shattered again and again.
    
    After finding out Annie was the one to be chosen she volunteered without a second thought and enters the games with her brother. What happens when she sees an old friend and she begins feeling things that a friend shouldn't feel? Will she survive long enough to act on those feelings or do the capital have different plans?
