Should work from be permanent? As parts of the world recover from the immediate impact of Covid-19, there has been a debate emerging as to how many companies are going to continue to support remote workplaces. Sandeep Mathrani, CEO of WeWork, recently raised quite a few hackles when he suggested that working from home will ultimately be preferred by "least-engaged" employees: "Those who are uberly engaged with the company want to go to the office two-thirds of the time, at least," he said at The Wall Street Journal's Future of Everything Festival.
