Foster ???; an orphan from Las Vegas who's been abused by his hyper-religious orphanage for one reason, he's a demon. Probably.
Toto; a servant to the god of death, Morte. A half mortal-half celestial being, finding his purpose in the immortal realm.
What do these boys have in common? Nothing, really. But I need somewhere to write oneshots about them. This will mostly be angst, but it'll be fun. Chapters won't be in any particular order, so have fun with that.

I wrote this story because I feel like we all have to conform to be how society wants us to be, when that's not who we really are, sometime in our lives. But we all have an escape. Sometimes it's through music, reading, friends, or whatever. Jane's escape comes through a boy named Mystery who helps her grow and flourish who she really is.
