Adriel, a soldier to Raider's regime to destroy Death Walkers, becomes discontent of his role after being ordered to kill a child, and decides instead to save him, betraying his god and the possibility of paradise. Arjac however, a rebel against Raider, infiltrates his army and gets swept up by a highly charismatic woman who seems to know his fate and which side he will choose. In order to free himself from tyranny and have his revenge, can Zor overcome a world hateful of his kind and decide if vengeance and death are worth proving that his kind is better off having never existed at all? It is the individual moral choice of us all where Life and Death hang in the balance.
