In the City of Vein, revenants and Lost roam the streets feeding on the blood of humans or blood beads to survive. Out of everyone in the city, one person stands different than everyone else and his name is Robert Siege.

Robert Siege is the world's first human-revenant hybrid and he has been wondering the streets of the City of Vein for the last five years of his life, and things are about to change for the drastic. Robert meets a young woman named Claire and her friend Io and decides to help them in their quest to save the revenant race from becoming the monsters they fight. Will Robert survive his latest adventure or will he finally meet his end?
