Left Without Warning

Callahan McCoy is 19-years-old, pansexual, who leaves home without warning to start a new life, in a new city and state. He leaves Boulder, Colorado for New York City, New York, and works from home with having to work in the office one day a week as a medical data entry clerk. He lives in an apartment complex, but avoids meeting his neighbors. Has a Calico cat named Cinnamon. He left home because he was constantly reminded of his dead fiance', Jace Knowles, and wears the engagement ring from Jace on a necklace around his neck. Callahan left behind his divorced parents, his two older brothers and younger sister.

Leonardo MacLaughlin is 21-years-old, gay, and lives in the same apartment complex on the same floor as Callahan, and wonders why Callahan is closed off from everyone, so he tries to become his friend. Leo works as a nurse in a doctor's office in town.
