Against all odds he raises her as his daughter into the infamous jinx the terrorist the arsonist the murder.
10 years later the scarecrow kills Jason todd or so everyone thinks leaving Batman pissed as hell and unleashing hell on criminals.

Then the red hood pops up out of nowhere
and Jason todd is hungry blood hungry
what happens when he and the joker pair up
creating hell and mayhem on the way

Then Vi and Caitlyn Gordon
a ex prisoner who's Been in jail for almost 10 years
until Caitlyn Gordon bails her out for a case.
Only thing is that ever since powder and vi were 4 and vi was 8 watched there parents brutally murdered by 2 cops they've hated them .

Gotham really can't catch a break from chaos can it ?
