After finding out the truth about the car accident that almost killed his son, Andy and Jacob Barber have made for Colorado, desperate to start over and forget the events that happened back in Boston.
Andy has made a vow to himself - to only focus on Jacob and his happiness, even if it means giving up on his own.

However when he befriends the local nurse, Andy realises that perhaps there is an opportunity to begin again, and Nora Campbell may just be the answer.
