The world has reached the absolute state of despair in the year 2499. The world has been divided into two parts- The eastern part and the western part.
The western part full of cruelty and the eastern part full of discrimination-
A place where peace does not exist.
In the midst of this messed up world, a group of children come together to form 'Shinning stars'. They aim at shinning during the darkest time of the day and give light to those who are suffering.
A girl named Glory happens to join them in order to discover the meaning of 'friends'.
