There was something that Mr. France didn't understand, and it was all this fighting. However, as unrest becomes prevalent, he wonders of his domestic troubles, and how it will affect him. Seeking help from Mr.England does not help either, especially since he returned from his strange hiatus with a new attitude, and better clothes.
