Swiftpaw is just beginning as an apprentice until a horrible death has struck, Sunsetberry had died from a badger and Swiftpaw has suspected Stormtooth and Nightthorn with a secret mystery up their fur. Swiftpaw has to find out what they are hiding?
Meanwhile, the apprentice has to get a trapped warrior out of the terrible Dark Forest and his friends don't trust him since they had a bad argument.
